Negi Ginger Sauce - New Recipe
Omiyage by Koya - Negi Ginger Sauce
Ginger, Spring Onions & Soy
Fresh ginger and spring onions are brought together with our original KOYA soy blend, creating a sauce with a gentle sweetness, bright acidity and plenty of depth. Delicate enough for steamed fish and vegetables, yet bold enough to transform fried tofu. For the ultimate comfort food, try a spoonful on top of a hot bowl of congee.
Shuko Oda, co-founder of Koya, recommends that this sauce is enjoyed with poached chicken (a classic combination) or grilled pork belly slices. It is equally good with seared tuna and a tomato salad. And, it could be served alongside our umami oil on rice porridge.
Omiyage (お土産) is the Japanese tradition of bringing back souvenirs or gifts after travelling. We like to think of our range of Omiyage as a little gift from Koya. Made in partnership with CULTJAR
