Shipping policy

We charge £7.95 delivery charge for all orders. So that you are aware, we actually get charged slightly more than this. 

Please provide an email address when placing your order and we will arrange for our courier company to send the tracking information to you.

We despatch orders Monday to Thursday with delivery 1-3 working days from despatch.

It is free delivery for all addresses within 5 miles of our BA4 post code.

URGENT DELIVERIES Please email us if you require an urgent order and we’ll try our best to respond to your requests. 

Fulfillment of an order shall be completed when the courier confirms that the products have arrived at the address you gave us and the products will be yours from that time.
