Shipping policy

 

Orders of £39.50 or more qualify for free delivery. We also offer free delivery for all addresses within 7 miles of our BA4 postcode.

Typically, the delivery cost is £9+ for national deliveries. This will be confirmed after submitting the delivery address as part of any online order and before confirming the order. 

We despatch orders Monday to Wednesdays with delivery 1-3 working days from despatch. 

We track all orders. If you have not received your order after 3 working days please email hello@cultjar.co.uk 

URGENT DELIVERIES Please email us if you require an urgent order and we’ll try our best to respond to your requests. 

Delivery of an order shall be completed when we deliver the products to the address you gave us and the products will be yours from that time.
