Refunds and Replacements
If your goods are damaged or you’ve been sent the wrong items, you can choose between a refund or a replacement, the latter is subject to availability.
Please contact us within 14 days of your order date via email: hello@cultjar.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for requesting a refund or replacement.
Refunds are made to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card account.
Below we describe the different circumstances where refunds and replacements apply.

Damaged Parcels
Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged parcel. We pack our products as safely as possible but sometimes damages still occur during its delivery. In this instance we can offer you a full refund or a replacement.

Please send us a photo hello@cultjar.co.uk of the damaged items and we’ll happily refund you to the same form of payment used to make the original purchase i.e. debit/credit card. If you’d prefer replacements then just let us know. We’ll get them (subject to availability) sent to you the next working day free of charge.
Please safely dispose of the damaged items.

Wrong Item(s)
In very rare cases customers can receive the wrong items and we’re very sorry if this has happened to you. We’ll happily refund or replace your item(s). Again, please email hello@cultjar.co.uk with photos of the jars that you have received and we will respond accordingly.
We have every confidence in the quality of our products and the accuracy of their descriptions. If you feel that the items received didn’t meet your expectations of what was described on the website then please email us at hello@cultjar.co.uk and we will carefully consider your complaint.
As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this or anything else in these terms and conditions. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
