Chargrilled Peppers

Chargrilled Peppers grown in Puglia, Southern Italy and prepared in a traditional way. An Antipasti to grace any dinner party.

Ingredients:                            

Peppers 60%, sunflower oil 32%, white wine vinegar, salt, aromatic herbs and spices. Acidity regulator; citric acid. Antioxidant; Ascorbic acid
