Our Raspberry Jam contains unrivalled quantities of carefully chosen named varieties of fruit (69g of fruit per 100g of preserve) unrefined cane sugar and a little fresh lemon juice only, relying on the properties of these ingredients alone to achieve the perfectly balanced, naturally set, sweet/sharpness that characterises this traditional English jam.
