Peanut Satay Sauce. 

• Peanut sauce, aka sambal kacang, is a staple across Southeast Asia, from street food stalls to family kitchens. Ours is inspired by the one I grew up eating with smoky satay, made with deep roasted peanuts (not peanut butter!) for maximum nuttiness and simmered with herbs, spices and dark raw sugar.
• This Rempapa is... Sweet & aromatic with dark roasted peanuts, lemongrass & tangy tamarind. 
• Fab straight out of the jar as a dip for barbecued satay skewers, or summer rolls.
• Toss through salads, noodles, and stir fries.
