Maison Marc - Sweet & Sour Gherkins

Our gherkins are grown, hand-picked and bottled by Maison Marc in Chemilly-sur-Yonne, Burgundy.

Serving suggestions: Serve as a garnish and condiment with cold cuts, ham, pâtés, or just by themselves for a traditional French “Aperitif”. With its firm and crunchy texture and its tart and aromatic flavour, gherkins can also be paired with ham in sandwiches or  in many salad recipes. 

Storage: Refrigerate after opening.

Like most pickled vegetables, they are a good source of antioxidants and probiotics, providing friendly bacteria and supporting our digestive system.
