Red Cabbage, Beetroot & Garam Masala
This is a powerful and complex ferment, not to mention the vivid colour. There's earthiness from the beetroot together with a little crunch from the cabbage and then you've got depth of flavour and sweet warmth from the cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and cardamom, all included in our own garam masala mix.

Probably the Garam Masala, not to my taste, much prefer some of the others, but have been eating it straight out of the jar because I know it's good for me.
Really love this combination. Crunchy red cabbage, earthy beetroot with garam masala work so well together. Goes well as a side for so many things but often find myself just eating a fork full straight out of the jar!
The combination of red cabbage, beetroot and garam masala creates the most delicious, flavourful and aromatic ferment. It is so hard to stop eating this.
Just the tight blend of ingredients and goes particularly well with beef in my opinion. Must try over a curry next.
An excellent addition to - I was going to say “cold meals” but actually it’s delicious with everything.
