Bergamots are a unique tasting mid-winter fruit sometimes called citrons doux due to their sweetness. They produce a distinctive oil which is used to flavour Earl Grey tea, making it a perfect fruit for a breakfast marmalade.
This is a soft set thin cut marmalade.
Perfect on toasted sourdough! No need to worry about anything else.
